Performance Farm, owned and operated by Cesar Parra, USDF Gold Medal Dressage winner and 2004 Olympian, is located on 20+ picturesque acres in Hunterdon County, NJ.  Garden Associates Landscape Architecture, Inc. completed a master site landscape design for the entire property which includes the family residence as well as the horse barn and riding arenas.  Performance Farm is home to some of the most coveted dressage horses and serves as a host for the industry’s finest riding clinics, drawing people from all over the world.  Taking into account the effect of materials on the horses and the flow and function of the property, Garden Associates created a landscape design that incorporates elements of color, dimension, and structure to the already beautiful landscape.
